In its latest media venture, Aurora has created a multimedia app that uses a smartphone app as the primary interface.
The ‘Aurora’ is designed to offer a simplified, yet powerful way to access Aurora’s vast portfolio of multimedia content, from the latest documentaries and TV series to sports, music, and more.
Auroramica’s latest project is a media app called ‘Aura’ for iPhone and iPad, which offers a simplified interface to access the company’s vast library of multimedia and sports content.
Auroras newest app is called ‘The Aurora’, an app for iPhone 5s, 6, 6 Plus, and iPhone 7.
The app was launched last week, and can be downloaded on the Auroramics website for free.
Aura is the company that has developed the Aurora media app, which is designed in-house, said CEO Marc Visscher.
“The app is designed as a mobile-first platform for Aurora to continue to deliver premium entertainment experiences for the digital audience, whilst also offering users the flexibility to access their content from anywhere, anytime,” he said.
Visscher said that the app’s launch was an “exciting day” for the company, adding that “the mobile experience is now as important as ever”.
“With a large digital audience and an ever growing digital business, we are proud to be the first company in the world to create a fully-mobile-first media experience for our customers,” he continued.
Users can choose between the iPhone or iPad versions of the app.
Auras website has a number of videos that can be accessed from the mobile app, including the ‘Aero’ documentary, ‘Aeroskiy’ sports documentary, and ‘Aeroskiy and the Future’ sports documentaries.
Aeroskin Sports and Aeroski’s Future are also available on the app, and the ‘Podcast’ podcast.
This is a good start for Auroras latest media endeavor, Visschers said.
